Class Cancellation and Make-Up Policy

This policy applies to all workshops, Spanish classes, and Craft sessions.

Once a class is booked, if the child is unable to attend for any reason not related to Twiko-Twiko (including holidays, illness, or any other personal matters), the class will be considered non-refundable and non-transferable.

However, there is an opportunity to make up the class within the same week, provided that:

• There is availability in another group of the same age.

• You notify us at least 5 days in advance of the original class date.

After this timeframe, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer a make-up session.
